Job Description Position: Legal Administrative Coordinator Location: Westbury, NY (On-Site) Company: Prestigious National Law Firm Compensation: Base salary up to $90,000, paid overtime, bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and 401(k). Position Summary A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Coordinator to support attorneys within its busy litigation practice. This position is responsible for coordinating a wide range of administrative, document management, and case support functions to help ensure matters are handled efficiently and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities • Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys across a variety of litigation matters., • Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, reports, and case-related documentation., • Coordinate attorney calendars, including client meetings, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and internal meetings., • Monitor important case dates, filing requirements, and deadlines to support effective matter management., • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, ensuring records remain accurate, current, and easily accessible., • Assist with document productions, exhibit preparation, hearing materials, trial binders, and court filings., • Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding scheduling and administrative matters., • Support attorneys with time entry, expense reporting, travel coordination, and other administrative projects as needed. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal administrative, legal secretary, litigation support, or comparable law firm role., • Previous experience supporting attorneys within a litigation practice environment., • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint., • Strong document preparation, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail., • Ability to prioritize assignments, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure., • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously., • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach., • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. #zr
