As a key partner to General Managers and agency teams, it translates business objectives into integrated marketing plans aligned with inventory, sales goals, and local market dynamics. This position drives accountability in media investments, champions data-informed decision-making, and ensures brand standards, budgets, compliance, and digital execution are consistently delivered at a high level. In this role, you will: Store Marketing Leadership • Act as main point of contact for all marketing team communications with store General Managers, • Own the marketing & sales reporting for each store, communicating regularly with GMs to proactively identify insights, trends and opportunities, • Collaborate with team leads & agencies to advise on best practices across marketing functions - delivering information and recommendations in a timely, professional manner, • Attend at least one sales meeting per brand per month, • Lead monthly marketing report out meetings, • Light event planning (as needed, in collaboration with marketing and store teams), • Oversee and approve website changes, new tool integrations, and any other support tickets, work with admin support members to ensure timely completion, • Collaborate with admin support to maintain an accurate master marketing budget for each store, ensuring budgets are communicated and approved with GM, • Oversee manufacturer compliance and co-op program compliance/usage, • Develop store-specific marketing plans aligned to: inventory stock, sales objectives, and local market dynamics, • Strategy & Planning - Own social content calendars for assigned stores; Ensure content aligns with brand standards, campaign priorities, sales focus areas; Coordinate with centralized social/creative resources, • Act as subject matter expert on media for the internal team and company, • Oversee Baxter Auto Group’s paid media strategy, ensuring that strategies developed by our outside agency partners are executed at a high level on behalf of our group., • Hold agency partners accountable utilizing industry benchmarks and key business performance metrics to inform paid media investments., • Partner with General Managers and Brand Managers to detect changes in the market to allow further development of our paid media strategy (e.g. seasonality, competitor actions, consumer behavior)., • Represent a best-in-class command of paid search and all other digital channels and their appropriate role within an integrated media strategy., • Work collaboratively with marketing staff to ensure understanding and adoption of best practices in media performance data analysis., • Based in Omaha, Nebraska, • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or business-related field required, • 10 years of experience leading and directing media planning activities within an organization required, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • Excellent verbal, written, and data visualization skills, • A team-first always perspective with a desire to win together attitude., • An innate desire to help others in all ways possible., • Dedicated to creating meaningful outcomes in everything you do., • Welcomes difference by seeking, listening, and learning from diverse perspectives., • Authentically communicates with transparency, empathy, and kindness., • Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience, • Work Schedule: Hybrid Monday-Friday with WFH on Monday & Friday and in office Tuesday-Thursday, • Comprehensive Benefits Offering: Market-leading medical plans including PPO, HSA, and FSA options; Multiple Dental (includes orthodontics) and Vision plans; Varying Vacation and Sick Leave available Day 1; 4 Week-Paid Parental Leave available Day 1; 401(k) Match with 100% vesting after 1 year and immediate eligibility at age 18; Short- and Long-Term Disability options; Accident and Critical Illness Plans; Basic Life, Pet, Legal, & Identity Insurance, • Training and Development Opportunities for All Employees, • Extensive Employee Discounts: Vehicle purchases, parts, service, hotels, travel, and more, • Educational Reimbursement: General and specialized technical automotive degrees, • Employee Assistance Programs, • Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day Baxter Auto Group Baxter Auto Group is one of the nation's leading automotive retail groups, serving the metro areas of Omaha, Lincoln, Kansas City, Colorado Springs, and Madison.
