Founded in 2023, we’re building a new kind of workplace consultancy born in the AI Era, where you’ll have a real voice in shaping how the firm grows. It’s a ground-floor opportunity: you’ll work directly with founders, partner with C-Suite clients, and build solutions that redefine how companies use their space. We work with startups, scale-ups, and enterprises like Logitech, Grindr, Flexport, and One Medical to deliver thoughtful strategies and hands-on execution. We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Workplace Operations & Projects to lead client office initiatives end-to-end, from openings and relocations to redesigns and workplace playbooks. You’ll manage vendors, partner with executives and founders, and ensure projects are delivered with both strategic insight and operational excellence. This role is scoped at the Senior Manager level, with a clear path to Director. Experience in Workplace Operations at a scaling tech company is strongly preferred, as that perspective sets our consulting apart. ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Operations & Projects • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to use throughout client projects, • Lead office openings, relocations, and buildouts end-to-end, • Oversee construction projects, vendor management, and budgets, • Drive space planning exercises, aligning headcount forecasts with workplace supply, • Design and implement workplace standards for clients; with long-term maintenance in mind (meeting room setups, AV, furniture, employee experience) Client Delivery & Consulting • Represent Resource in client meetings, tours, and executive discussions, • Translate client business needs into actionable workplace and real estate solutions, • Provide operational insight during real estate transactions and site evaluations, • Serve as project and operations lead for key accounts, • Own weekly reporting, dashboards, and client-facing deliverables, • Manage contractors and vendors on client projects, • Move fluidly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution to keep projects on track Internal Contributions • Provide inputs for internal initiatives (e.g., marketing content, presentations, knowledge sharing)., • Support ad hoc operational improvements and process documentation., • Maintain continuity in systems, trackers, and client-facing deliverables. Minimum Qualifications • Experience: 6–10+ years in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or project management. Direct in-house workplace operations experience at a scaling company is strongly preferred. (consulting background is a plus)., • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders., • Workplace Operations: Hands-on experience running day-to-day office operations, including space setup, vendor oversight, office services, and ensuring a smooth employee experience., • Client Credibility: Comfortable presenting to executives and leading client-facing engagements., • Strategic Awareness: Light but meaningful ability to connect workforce planning with space planning., • Flexibility: Thrives in a dynamic environment with shifting client needs., • Technology Fluency: Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides). Comfortable with project management tools, real estate documentation, and building playbooks, trackers, and client-facing reports., • AI Familiar/Curious: Eager to experiment with enterprise-grade AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft deliverables, streamline reporting, and manage knowledge.
