Position Highlights • Competitive base salary + bonus potential, • 401(k) with employer match, • Career growth and advancement opportunities, • No evenings or weekends (standard business hours), • Answer and route initial calls: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing a warm, professional experience., • Schedule clients: Coordinate and manage consultations, meetings, and follow-ups for attorneys and staff., • Assist clients with administrative and scheduling issues: Help clients with forms, appointment changes, and general questions, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process., • Manage the firm calendar: Maintain and update the firm’s master calendar, including attorney schedules, deadlines, and key dates., • Assist with scheduling firm events and networking opportunities: Coordinate internal firm events, webinars, workshops, and external networking meetings or events to support business development., • Coordinate community outreach: Help plan and organize community-facing activities, including workshops, presentations, and partnerships that promote the firm and its services., • Drive new business: Manage and track leads, opportunities, and outreach to acquire new clients., • Client engagement: Contact potential clients via phone and email, explain our services, and guide them through the intake and onboarding process., • Draft engagement agreements: Prepare engagement letters and related documents for attorney review and client signature., • Open new files in our CRM: Accurately enter client information, open new matters, and keep records current and organized., • Organizational support: Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and other operational needs., • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, intake, sales, hospitality, medical/dental office, or similar professional setting)., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple clients, calls, and tasks at once., • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing., • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn our systems; CRM experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate., • A self-motivated, proactive mindset and a desire for a long-term role with growth potential., • Professional demeanor, reliability, and a genuine desire to help clients.
