What We Expect: • A valid electrician license with residential, commercial, and lead experience—you’ve been in charge, not just along for the ride., • Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics., • Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments., • A clean, active driver’s license (no suspensions in the last 3 years – we’ll verify)., • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons—when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay., • Strong communication skills—respectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions., • Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty.
