What You'll Do • Manage front desk operations and client experience, • Welcome and connect with clients before and after class, • Follow up with new leads and prospective clients, • Support membership and package sales, • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio, • Assist with scheduling and instructor communication, • Support email journeys, automations, and administrative projects, • Learn marketing systems and help execute promotions, • Help strengthen and grow our Physique BK community What We're Looking For • Friendly, professional, and people-oriented, • Strong communication skills (phone calls don't scare you!), • Organized and detail-oriented, • Comfortable learning technology and new systems, • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative, • Passion for fitness, wellness, and community Training Included We will train the right candidate in: • Studio operations, • Lead follow-up and client communication, • Membership and package management, • Email marketing and automation systems, • CRM and scheduling software Momence, • Marketing support and studio growth initiatives Schedule • Approximately 25 hours per week, • Flexible schedule, • Combination of front desk and administrative hours, • Some mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required Compensation $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.     Retail Store Manager – Clothing Boutique (Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a chic young women's clothing boutique located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about fashion, customer service, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This is a full-time role (approximately 40 hours per week) responsible for managing store operations, staff support, inventory control, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures. Key Responsibilities Store Operations • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times Opening & Closing Duties • Open and close the store according to established procedures, • Ensure cash drawers are balanced at the start and end of each shift, • Secure the store, including alarm systems, lighting, and locking procedures, • Complete daily opening/closing checklists and reports Sales & Register Management • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system as needed, • Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately, • Support staff with register procedures and troubleshooting during shifts, • Ensure accurate daily sales reporting Inventory & Merchandising • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise, • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits, • Identify low-stock items and coordinate reorders, • Support visual merchandising and product placement to maximize sales Vendor & Ordering Management • Communicate with vendors regarding product orders, deliveries, and returns, • Place purchase orders and track incoming shipments, • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, • Ensure timely replenishment of boutique merchandise Team Support & Leadership • Assist in training and supporting sales associates, • Provide direction and leadership during shifts, • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment, • Support scheduling and shift coverage as needed Qualifications • 2+ years of retail management experience (boutique or fashion retail preferred), • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Experience with POS systems and cash handling, • Inventory management and ordering experience preferred, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and take initiative, • Flexible availability, including weekends as needed Compensation & Schedule • Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week), • Competitive hourly/salary based on experience, • Opportunity for growth within a growing boutique brand
