The Project Manager position sits within Vomela’s Retail segment, one of the fastest‑growing global marketing specialty organizations. With more than 20 locations and over 1,500 employees, Vomela leverages the latest technology to manage, produce, and distribute corporate marketing programs, retail in‑store signage (POS/POP), store décor, tradeshow and event programs, and transportation and fleet graphics. Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for estimating, prototyping and production of all assigned projects. Project Managers work directly with sales and, in some instances, external clients to provide comprehensive graphic solutions to Fortune 500 companies. What You’ll Do… • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail clients, managing communication and expectations with both internal teams and external stakeholders., • Partner closely with Sales, Production, Design, Customer Service, and network partner locations to support complex retail and marketing programs in a fast‑paced, creative environment., • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate incoming work to ensure projects move efficiently from handoff through invoicing., • Develop, implement, and oversee project plans with a full understanding of specifications, timelines, materials, and resource requirements., • Communicate cross‑functionally with Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Shipping, Installation, and Purchasing to ensure deliverables, inventory needs, and production requirements are met., • Schedule projects into production planning, monitor progress, identify variances, and adjust as needed to maintain on‑time delivery., • Review estimates, work orders, and quality control documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements and cost expectations., • Compile material requirements, maintain accurate inventory levels (min/max), and coordinate procurement for assigned projects., • Conduct quality checks throughout production-including approval of first pack‑outs and periodic inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards., • Coordinate shipping priorities, installation support, and on‑site equipment needs when applicable., • Prepare or oversee closeout documentation for internal and client platforms., • Maintain organized project files, including estimates, work orders, schedules, and outstanding orders., • Respond to schedule inquiries, provide status updates, and support sales with cost options, materials guidance, and economic run‑size recommendations., • Collaborate with Accounting and Project Coordinators on accurate and timely billing., • Participate in production meetings and stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience., • Three to five years of project management experience, ideally in screen printing, digital imaging, print production, or promotional marketing., • Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment., • Excellent attention to detail and high standards for color accuracy, design quality, and print production., • Proven ability to build effective business relationships and deliver outstanding customer service., • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook; adaptable to new technology and systems., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence and present information to managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams., • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, industry publications, and regulatory materials., • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to gather data, define issues, and draw sound conclusions.
