Job Description Are you passionate about supporting child care providers and making a difference in families’ lives? We’re looking for a Case Worker to implement all functions of the Child Care Subsidy Programs. What You’ll Do * Manage and support child care providers across multiple subsidy programs. * Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. * Work collaboratively with diverse communities to ensure program success. Skills: * 2+ years in professional child development. * 2+ years in R&R or Alternative Payment Program preferred. * Education: BA in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office and client database software. * Ability to speak effectively before groups. Requirements: * Valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. * Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends. * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available). * Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish/Armenian/Russian) is a plus!
