Job Summary: The Intake Coordinator is the first line of communication with new clients. They work closely with attorneys and paralegals to coordinate obtaining the required information needed to move the case forward. Duties/Responsibilities: • Makes initial phone contact with the client, verifies information, send out welcome letters and any additional documents required., • Process all mass tort and product liability cases, including new cases., • Search for liens (hospital, Medicaid/care, child support, etc.), • Effectively manage case load, e-mails, etc., • Answer phones on an overflow or substitute basis as needed, call clients, provide timely updates., • Records invoices (Date stamp all invoices, enter into Filevine with provider’s names and amounts, put invoices in alphabetical order and then give to accountant for processing., • Prepare cut loose letters as requested/needed including certified mail, regular mail, etc.)., • Manage all Medicare and Medicaid requests to include sending out Proofs of Rep to clients., • Send out correspondence letters for attorneys as needed., • Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure the proper information is obtained to move the case forward., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Confidentiality., • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines., • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other software., • High School diploma or GED, • College degree is a plus, • Minimum of 2 years related experience Our personal injury, dangerous drug and wrongful death lawyers are devoted to helping victims nationwide receive justice and compensation for their losses.
