This includes being proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, proposal preparation, and leading the design team., • Identify and manage risk of people, business, contracts, and insurance., • Hold general knowledge of legal practice and requirements in the industry., • Build a bench of strong managers and superintendents that strengthen the business unit's success., • Develop and nurture effective and lasting customer/client relationships.
