Job Description DEPARTMENT: Maintenance JOB TITLE: PM Housekeeping Attendant REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Maintenance SCHEDULE: Full-Time COMPENSATION: Hourly BENEFITS: Eligible for applicable Club benefits, including meals, fitness program, health benefits, 401(k), golf privileges, and professional development opportunities Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused Housekeeping Attendant to support the cleanliness and overall presentation of the Club’s facilities. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance, sanitation, and organization of all public spaces throughout the Clubhouse and additional club buildings, including tennis, pool, and halfway house facilities. Through consistency, attentiveness, and professionalism, the Housekeeping Attendant helps ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for Members and guests at all times. The Essentials (Core Responsibilities) • Maintain overall cleanliness of the Clubhouse and other club buildings (tennis, pool, halfway house), • Clean and organize Club entrance, lobby areas, hallways, elevators, and assigned Member spaces, • Maintain cleanliness of all Member and staff bathrooms through regular rounds, • Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, carpet care, window cleaning, dusting, polishing, and trash removal, • Remove marks from walls and furnishings in Member areas, • Wipe down tables and chairs and maintain order in all Member spaces, • Respond promptly to Member and supervisor requests, • Report damages or maintenance concerns to management, • Execute special cleaning projects as assigned, • Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency in assigned areas, • Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks, • Operate maintenance equipment safely and according to procedures, • Maintain professional appearance and courteous demeanor, • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers, • Remain flexible to support indoor and outdoor needs, • Work extended hours and holidays as operationally required, • Uphold Club cleanliness standards at all times, • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, • Previous experience in housekeeping or office cleaning preferred, • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Knowledge & Skills • Training in proper chemical handling and Bloodborne Pathogens procedures preferred, • Basic conversational English and reading/writing ability for communication, • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive service mindset Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours, • Frequent walking throughout the property, • Ability to reach overhead and perform physical movements required for cleaning, • Lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, • Exposure to cleaning chemicals, • Work under variable temperature conditions and noise levels
