Communication: - Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers. - Provide drivers with instructions and updates on routes, delivery details, and other pertinent information. - Address any issues or emergencies that arise during transportation. 3. Tracking and Monitoring: - Monitor the real-time status of trucks and shipments. - Use GPS and other tracking tools to ensure the efficient movement of vehicles. - Keep detailed records of driver activities and shipment statuses. 4. Customer Service: - Maintain strong relationships with customers. - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Coordinate with customers to schedule delivery and pickup times. 5.
