Prep Cook Key Responsibilities: Wash, cut, portion, and label vegetables, meats, and aromatics. Prepare daily batches of sauces, broths, and marinades following San Wei SOPs. Assist with dumpling and noodle prep (portioning fillings, dough setup, etc.). Maintain cleanliness of prep area; follow all food safety and sanitation rules. Organize walk-in and dry storage; ensure FIFO rotation. Support kitchen team by keeping ingredients stocked and ready for service. Prep Cook Qualifications: Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately. Able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods. Prior experience preferred but not required; training provided. Cook Key Responsibilities: Cook noodles, dumplings, and entrées according to San Wei recipes and plating standards.
