    A growth-focused technology company operating at the intersection of AI and enterprise solutions is looking for a Executive Assistant to CEO & Office Manager. This role supports both executive leadership and on-site operations in Denver. We are seeking for a highly organized, proactive professional to serve in a dual-capacity role: • Executive Assistant to the CEO, • Office Manager (Denver Cherry Creek Office) Both functions currently require part-time support. This position combines the two into a single, high-impact role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, operationally strong, and capable of managing executive-level priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, with in-office responsibilities and flexibility to support the CEO as needed. Key Responsibilities • Executive Assistant to the CEO, • Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination, • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action tracking, • Screen and prioritize communications, • Handle confidential information with discretion, • Support special projects as assigned Office Manager (Denver Office) • Oversee day-to-day office operations at the direction of the CFO, • Manage office vendors, supplies, and facilities coordination, • Serve as primary point of contact for building management, • Coordinate team meetings, onsite events, and logistics, • Support onboarding logistics for new hires in Denver, • Maintain organized office systems and administrative processes Qualifications • Experience in executive support, office management, or similar roles, • Experience supporting C-level executives preferred, • Denver-based and able to work onsite as required, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • High level of discretion and professionalism, • Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office and standard productivity tools, • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Work Structure • Flexible scheduling aligned with executive and office needs, • Hybrid structure with required in-office presence in Denver Cherry Creek office 4 days a week on average. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Proficiency in data collection methods and medical documentation practices. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience conducting intake assessments and patient evaluations within a behavioral health or educational setting is preferred.
