Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an External Affairs Regional Manager - Texas to help lead economic development, government affairs, public policy, and community relations within Rowan’s Texas data center project portfolio. This role is a critical part of the team that works with project leadership and subject matter expert teams from across the business to protect and expand Rowan’s portfolio in this region. This role will help to bring into fruition Rowan’s portfolio of projects by ensuring the government and community landscape is favorable to our company’s operations. The External Affairs Regional Manager - Texas will also help to protect existing investments by tracking legislation and local policy changes that may impact our operations. The role will act as a face of the company in communities where we are making investments throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working in public policy/government affairs/economic development settings. The successful candidate will have excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills, organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Job Description Job Purpose The Aerospace Medicine Specialist Physician provides senior medical expertise in support of the Air Force Accession Medical Waiver Directorate, reviewing medical standards cases, interpreting AF/DoD medical fitness criteria, and advising on aeromedical policy. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in formulation of responses, dispositions of individual cases, as well as making recommendations for development of policies that guide the decisions which are ultimately made by the AMWD/CMO. The EIP Specialist also leads coordination of after-school activities and directly provides care for children aged 5-12 attending the Children’s Enrichment Center (CEC), a licensed childcare facility operating within the TLLC. The EIP Specialist works closely with children AND their parents, as well as with local public school personnel, TLLC and CEC staff, other SAMMinistries staff, and organization volunteers. The EIP Specialist’s role focuses on building strong relationships with youth and with parents to support youth academic success, grade advancement, and healthy social development. To achieve this, the EIP Specialist helps educate parents regarding their rights and responsibilities related to public education; assists families with navigating public education processes; and helps youth and parents find solutions for challenges impeding educational success. Offers recommendation based on maximizing client benefits., • Perform routine follow-ups, clean and checks and hearing aid repairs. Maintain skills in ear impression taking, earmold modification and recommendation of ALD accessories., • Embody HearUSA's ambition of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Partner with the District manager, HCP Team Leads and L&D to adopt new initiatives aimed to grow your Center's revenue and change more lives., • Build a local community to proactively generate service demand and support marketing campaigns, such as to physicians and at health fairs. Successfully completes one community outreach and/or physician marketing per quarter., • Comply with all State license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG).
