The Construction Contracts Coordinator will provide critical support to the North America Project Development Team. They will review of construction and consultant proposals, risk management and drafting of contract and change directives as per standardized forms. Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our Maintenance Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in apartment turns, basic repairs, and unit refurbishing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and can help prepare units for new renters quickly and professionally.
