Role Overview: As Operations Director or Assistant Director, youll work closely with the schools Owner and management team to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with California licensing, and a warm, nurturing environment for children, staff, and families. Youll lead with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in early education.
