Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description The Warehouse Associate supports the operations team by picking, packing, and shipping products, assisting with inventory management, assembling kits, and operating dispensing equipment. This role helps maintain high quality and operational standards to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. Work Environment: • 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, • Warehouse Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with established procedures., • Document lot numbers and quantities accurately on invoices and related documentation., • Coordinate with Customer Service and Manufacturing teams to confirm inventory availability and resolve order issues., • Notify management promptly of product shortages and potential supply constraints., • Package and ship products following established guidelines and shipping requirements., • Process replacement orders and back orders in a timely and accurate manner., • Monitor packaging supplies and inventory levels and report replenishment needs., • Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying accuracy against documentation., • Perform housekeeping duties in assigned areas to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment., • Assemble product kits and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions., • Operate semi-automated dispensing, capping, and labeling equipment safely and efficiently., • Maintain production documentation, including lot records and batch records, with a high level of accuracy., • Assist with inventory monitoring, cycle counts, and equipment maintenance activities as needed. Essential Skills • High school diploma or equivalent., • Two or more years of shipping or manufacturing experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, food, or chemical industries., • 2–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred., • Experience working in a scientific or production environment preferred., • Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping., • Practical knowledge of inventory management and kitting processes., • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines., • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to lift 30–40 pounds on a regular basis., • Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift., • Manual dexterity to perform kit assembly and product dispensing tasks., • Comfort operating semi-automated dispensing, capping, and labeling equipment or similar machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Prior experience in a warehouse environment handling packaging, shipping, and receiving activities., • Familiarity with documenting lot numbers, quantities, and maintaining batch records., • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service and Manufacturing., • Attention to detail in handling production documentation and inventory records., • Basic mechanical aptitude to support routine equipment checks and maintenance.
