Coordinate with the Management Team on Duty and Station In-Charge on the number of pax in each party of guest to prepare the correct table size and seating arrangement., • Inform guest/s their sequence of priorities when all guests in that party are all present., • Communicate Management Team on Duty and Station In-Charge on table availability using the 2-way radio., • Receive, sit guest/s, send guests off warmly, and encourage guests to come again., • Present the order form and explain how to use it., • Describe the various types of Dim Sum (if guest/s are not familiar with the menu); recommend and introduce them to the menu and any promotional dishes., • Take the customer/s’ orders, suggestive sell (upsell), repeat to confirm and avoid errors in orders and collect the order form when ready., • Key in the orders to the P.O.S including any variations or special instructions in the serving of food orders., • Observe cash control procedures and print out of reports in POS.
