Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions according to client needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the team to contribute to the studio’s growth and positive atmosphere. Qualifications: - Valid certification in eyelash extensions or related field (e.g., esthetics, cosmetology license) - Previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and styles - Strong attention to detail and precision in application - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction - Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a professional and friendly manner - Proficient in upselling products and services to maximize revenue opportunities - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, following strict sanitization protocols
