Job DescriptionDescription: Full-Time - Hybrid $80,000 base salary + performance bonus ($6,000–$12,000/year) Leadership role | High autonomy | Build and Run Field Operations Dirt Busters is one of Arizona’s largest and fastest-growing residential cleaning companies, serving more than 800 recurring clients with a team of over 50 cleaning technicians. We are searching for a strong Field Operations Manager to rebuild, stabilize, and lead our field operations. This role requires confidence, strong communication and coaching skills, process ownership, and the ability to solve problems independently. This is not an admin position. This is a true operational leadership role. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Performance • Lead and support a team of 50+ cleaning technicians, • Manage and develop lead techs and trainers, • Conduct field ride-alongs, audits, and performance reviews, • Coach technicians on quality, productivity, and professionalism, • Reduce complaint volume and maintain high-quality service standards Hiring & Onboarding (Field + Leads) • Manage hiring pipelines for all field roles, • Conduct interviews and evaluations, • Oversee onboarding, training, and new-hire readiness, • Ensure structured, consistent training is delivered Quality and Customer Experience • Own the full customer complaint and resolution process, • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions, • Manage redos and Happiness Guarantee resolutions, • Handle customer escalations with professionalism, • Improve retention and reduce cancellations Damage Claims & Safety • Manage all customer damage claims and investigations, • Document incidents and handle resolutions, • Oversee safety protocols and deliver safety training, • Reduce preventable incidents and damages COGS Ownership & Productivity • Own labor cost, overtime, efficiency, and productivity metrics, • Work closely with scheduling to reduce waste and inefficiencies, • Coach low-productivity technicians, • Monitor high-cost operational patterns and correct them Training Systems & Field Processes • Own all field training programs and materials, • Build and maintain training documentation and instructional videos, • Ensure all company processes are followed consistently, • Improve field operations systems as needed Reporting & Leadership • Maintain accurate KPIs and weekly field reports, • Use 90.io for scorecards, documentation, issues, and accountability, • Participate in weekly leadership meetings, • Bring solutions, not problems, to leadership Required Skills and Experience • Experience in home services or field operations (cleaning, pest control, HVAC, landscaping, construction, or similar), • Experience managing 20–100+ field employees, • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, • Proven coaching and performance management abilities, • Highly organized with strong follow-through, • Ability to hold people accountable firmly and professionally, • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, • Experience with training, onboarding, or safety programs is a plus Compensation & Benefits • $80,000 base salary, • $6,000–$12,000 annual performance bonus potential, • Paid Time Off, • Additional incentives, • Growth opportunities in a scaling company, • Supportive leadership culture Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Approx. 7:00 am – 4pm Some availability for occasional escalations Requirements:
