THE ROLE: As a BBQ Pit Crew member specializing in live fire smoking and managing the firebox of an offset smoker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire smoking process to ensure the production of high-quality barbecue dishes. This role requires expertise in fire management, precise temperature control, and a deep understanding of traditional barbecue techniques.
