Job Description The Construction Project Coordinator is an administrative, documentation, and financial-controls support role within Villagree’s luxury residential design-build and development team. This position exists to enforce process discipline, documentation completeness, and financial hygiene, allowing senior leadership to focus on decision-making, field execution, and client relationships. This role is not a decision-making position and does not approve scope, cost, schedule changes, or payments. The Coordinator acts as a project auditor and administrator, ensuring that required documentation, approvals, and processes are followed and escalated when gaps exist. Summary: The ADA Access Consultant will be a dedicated individual and join us in assisting in the delivery of ADA contracts. In this role, you will conduct ADA/ABA/FHA evaluations onsite and produce executive summary reports.
