Senior Staff Accountant: The Senior Staff Accountant plays a key role in the financial operations of a high-growth Planet Fitness operating company. Responsible for core accounting functions, monthly close activities, financial reporting, and operational analysis, the Senior Staff Accountant ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within a dynamic environment. This role supports a multi-unit franchise business with several revenue streams, membership-based recurring billing, significant transactional volume, and a large unit and lease portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong experience in GAAP accounting, multi-entity operations, and financial systems. They will collaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, F&A, Operations, HR, and external auditors.
