Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Senior Financial Analyst PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision making for Future Form Manufacturing. This role partners closely with executive leadership, department heads, and the accounting team to deliver accurate financial insights, develop models and dashboards, and drive data informed strategic initiatives. This position bridges finance, operations, and strategy. This role translates complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve performance, scalability, and financial discipline across the organization. CORE VALUES: The following list of Core Values and Behaviors are necessary to meet the minimum requirements: TEAMWORK • Help each other succeed, • Communicate clearly and directly, listen well, • Encourage team mates, • Blameless problem solving HONESTY AND INTEGRITY • Honor your commitments, • Do the right thing, • Consistent in your attitudes and actions LEAN • Improve processes, • Open to new ideas, • Share information, and teach, • Expose issues NUMBERS FOCUSED • Deliver results, • Analyze data for improvement, • Take ownership and accountability, • Work smarter, not harder EXCELLENCE • Exhibit passion in serving customers, • Contribute solutions, • Sense of urgency, • Be the best at what you do, • Seek knowledge FUN • Be positive, • Celebrate achievements, • Don’t take yourself too seriously CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES: Essential • Support quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning through data gathering, modeling, and scenario analysis., • Perform detailed budget-to-actual variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities., • Facilitate monthly forecast and variance review meetings with department leaders to ensure alignment and accountability., • Build, enhance, and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business decisions., • Develop dashboards and recurring reports for KPIs including CAPEX, inventory, T&E, booked orders, sales progress, and operational metrics., • Monitor financial and operational KPIs to assess performance and provide data-driven recommendations., • Optimize internal systems and assist in their integration with goals and objectives., • Partner with Accounting to support month-end close, reconciliations, audit requests, and data integrity., • Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial systems, models, and reports., • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows., • Support internal and external audit requests with timely and accurate documentation., • Serve as a backup to the Controller as needed., • Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls., • Maintain organized workspaces and digital records in accordance with the company policy., • All other duties as assigned. REPORTS TO: Controller WORKS WITH: Future Form Manufacturing Team Members, Customers, and Vendors SAFETY REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Follow all OSHA safety regulations and those set by Future Form Manufacturing REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Essential • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience), • 5+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, • Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, • Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights, • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Strong communication skills with experience leading cross-functional discussions, • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven Beneficial, • Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments, • Exposure to ERP systems and integrated financial reporting tools, • Experience improving or automating financial reporting processes PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Sit 75%, Stand 10%, Walk 10%, and Bend 5%. Maximum (minutes): Sit 240, Stand 15, Walk 10, and Bend 5. Must have normal vision (with or without corrective lenses) and normal hearing (with or without hearing aid enhancement). Working Environment: Office environment, low noise level. Occasional exposure to shop environment with moderate noise level, exposure to dust, heat and cold. This position will require drug testing per company policy.
