Job Description Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. Senior Manager, Learning & Development Rexford Industrial is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development who is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building organizational capability, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and supporting employee growth across the company. As a key member of the Human Resources team, this role owns the enterprise learning ecosystem, integrating learning systems, leadership and manager development programs that drive meaningful, on-the-job impact. This role also serves as the system owner for the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), designs and facilitates scalable leadership and manager development programs, and acts as a trusted internal learning consultant to leaders and HR partners. A key first-year priority will be the design, launch, and facilitation of a comprehensive Manager Development Program supporting new and experienced people leaders, while also contributing to career pathways, talent planning, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and development. Location: #LI-Hybrid / Costa Mesa, CA Work Arrangement: While we currently follow a hybrid work model, at least 2 days per week at the office will be expected at this time. Responsibilities: Learning Strategy & Enablement • Own and evolve an annual and multi-year learning roadmap aligned to business strategy, leadership expectations, and future workforce needs., • Translate organizational priorities into scalable, relevant learning strategies that drive adoption and impact., • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and facilitation of a Manager Development Program, including needs assessment, curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation., • Build scalable learning experiences that strengthen core people leadership capabilities such as performance management, coaching, feedback, and team effectiveness., • Design blended learning experiences incorporating live sessions, peer learning, practical application, and on-the-job practice to drive sustained behavior change., • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences across leadership levels., • Support senior leader development through targeted programs, facilitation, and consultation aligned with enterprise leadership expectations., • Serve as system owner for the enterprise LMS, overseeing configuration, content architecture, reporting, integrations, and ongoing optimization., • Curate and maintain a high-quality learning content library, blending internal programs, external vendors, and on-demand resources., • Design role-based and department-specific learning paths supporting onboarding, skill development, leadership readiness, and internal mobility., • Act as a trusted internal learning consultant, assessing capability gaps and recommending targeted development solutions., • Collaborate with HR and business partners on talent planning, succession planning, and leadership readiness initiatives., • Support the development of frameworks for skills development, career pathways, and growth across functions., • Own and deliver quarterly Lunch & Learn sessions and other company-wide learning experiences., • Partner with Marketing and other teams to support experiential learning opportunities that connect learning to the business., • Support enterprise learning events, leadership forums, and development initiatives., • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field, with progressive responsibility., • Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs., • Strong expertise in LMS administration, learning operations, and learning technology., • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor., • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, with a 20% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.*The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed.
