Job DescriptionPlus One Meetings runs temporary travel care programs across the country during conferences, conventions, and large events. Members of our core team travel to each location and are supported by a team of local caregivers. We are currently looking for experienced, outgoing, and reliable special needs caregivers and childcare providers for a temporary program taking place in Aurora, CO. This is a 3-day program. Hours are as followed: Thursday July 16th - Saturday July 18th 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 6:00 pmEvening hours: Saturday July 18th 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm The program will include multiple children and adults ages infant - 40 years, and multiple caregivers will be hired. Those with a special needs/caregiver background, child-care background, and/or teaching experience are an ideal fit. All materials will be provided and will include materials such as craft supplies, games, age-appropriate play equipment, care supplies, etc. All you need to bring is a fun personality, loving heart, and the ability to be hands-on with projects! The Regional Director of Operations will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations. Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita. As a core member of the operations management team, you will be expected to support the development and implementation of pharmacy policy and ensure branch compliance with pharmacy policy, pharmacy laws and regulations and accreditation standards. The position provides additional support for hiring, training and ongoing education of branch pharmacy personnel. The Regional Director of Operations supports departments and programs such as internal audit systems, quality assurance and product/equipment evaluation.
