Summary Eversight’s Director, Enterprise Infrastructure serves as the organization’s senior technical authority responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing enterprise systems and application architecture. This role operates as a high-impact individual contributor, providing strategic and hands-on leadership to reduce system complexity, improve efficiency, strengthen security, and ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities. This position works cross-functionally to influence decision-making, set technical standards, and guide vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Exempt Essential Job Functions Enterprise Architecture & Systems Optimization • Evaluate current IT infrastructure, applications, integrations, and data flows to identify redundancy, inefficiencies, and technical debt., • Design and maintain a scalable, secure, and sustainable target-state architecture including our proprietary system Midwire and Hubspot CRM., • Develop roadmaps to simplify systems, consolidate platforms, and improve interoperability., • Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with organizational goals., • Assess proposed technology investments for architectural fit, long-term viability, and total cost of ownership., • Serve as the technical authority for system design decisions and exception approvals., • Provide technical oversight of vendors, Managed Service Providers, and SaaS providers., • Evaluate vendor solutions for security, scalability, integration capability, and cost efficiency., • Participate in contract reviews, renewals, and RFPs from a technical and architectural perspective., • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, availability, and traceability across clinical, donor, inventory, logistics, finance, HR, and reporting systems., • Lead efforts to integrate disparate systems to enable real-time reporting, analytics, and decision-making., • Project manage software upgrades or migrations to new platforms (e.g. accounting), • Ensure IT systems support compliance with FDA, EBAA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory and accreditation standards., • Partner with Quality and Compliance teams on audits, inspections, validation documentation, and corrective action plans., • Data Analytics Director Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field required (Master’s preferred). Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise systems oversight required. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-platform environments with significant integration challenges. Experience with clinical, laboratory, ERP, CRM and reporting/BI platforms preferred. Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, tissue banking, or other regulated clinical environments strongly preferred. Proven success driving system standardization, integration, and data governance. Skills: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and change management skills. Deep understanding of data integrity, system validation, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. Ability to balance mission-driven values with operational discipline and fiscal responsibility. Strong communication skills and credibility with executives, clinicians, and external partners. Local and overnight travel to other service area locations is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit for long periods of time.
