Summary: The Marketing Project Intern will support the Marketing Project team across Riviera Dining Group’s portfolio of brands (including MILA, MILA Lounge, MILA Omakase, AVA, CASA NEOS, Claudie, MM Membership, and upcoming concepts). This role is designed for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven individual who wants hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality marketing, brand execution, and project coordination. You will work closely with Senior Marketing Project Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, social, PR, operations, and digital teams to help deliver marketing initiatives on time, on brand, and with impact. RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Project Support : • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects across RDG brands., • Support the development of project timelines, deliverables, and priorities in collaboration with Senior Marketing Project Managers., • Help gather inputs from internal teams (creative, social, PR, operations, digital) and ensure clear communication and alignment., • Provide on-site support during brand activations, events, and photoshoots for organization, content capture, and execution needs. Project Coordination & Execution : • Support the coordination of photoshoots, video shoots, content days, and campaign launches., • Track project progress, key milestones, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines and brand standards are met., • Participate in status meetings, assist with recaps, and flag risks or delays proactively., • Collaborate with Social Media and Content teams, to ensure calendars, stories, and scheduled content are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand priorities. Administrative & Operational Marketing Support : • Assist with scheduling, file organization and general marketing operations., • Support menu launches, website updates (pop-ups, menus, basic content updates), and marketing database upkeep., • Help with ordering marketing collateral for venues and special events., • Support budget tracking, invoice collection, and vendor coordination when needed., • Assist in coordinating events, activations, trunk shows, and brand partnerships. Research, Strategy & Learning • Monitor marketing, social, and hospitality trends to bring fresh ideas and references to the team., • Support research on best practices for email marketing, CRM communications, and audience engagement., • Assist in ensuring RDG audiences are consistently informed of key launches, events, and brand moments. Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in strategy, marketing, communication or equivalent, • Previous experience in hospitality or luxury industry, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once., • Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset., • Interest in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, branding, and experiential marketing., • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments., • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally., • Available for on-site support in Miami when needed (events, shoots, activations) What You Will Gain: • Exposure to luxury hospitality marketing at group level., • Hands-on experience across branding, partnership, content, PR, events, and digital marketing exposure., • Direct collaboration with senior marketing leaders and creative teams., • A clear understanding of how high-end lifestyle brands are built, launched, and scaled.
