ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs general cleaning and custodial duties in the common areas of the building., • Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and staff lounge., • Ensures cleaning supplies are stocked., • Vacuum, sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops or powered machines to strip floors., • Washes windows, glass partitions, and mirrors., • Assist with Laundry Services., • Clean and turnover housing units., • Dust and Disinfect furniture, walls, machines, and equipment., • Assists in examining the building for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to Director of Building Operations, and/or Administrator of the Facility., • Performs other related duties as assigned.
