As our Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the architect behind powerful campaigns that attract, convert, and retain B2B customers. You’ll lead the charge on lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing, while teaming up with agency partners to amplify paid media impact. Using cutting-edge marketing automation, you’ll deliver personalized, perfectly timed touch points that drive engagement and fuel growth. What You’ll Do • Build and optimize multi-step workflows in HubSpot, • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing, • Oversee the agency that manages our paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), • Implement adoption, retention and win-back journeys, • Analyze performance and continuously improve strategy, • 3+ years in B2B lifecycle or performance marketing, • Expert-level HubSpot automation proficiency, • Strong grasp of KPIs (ROI, LTV, conversion rate), • Data-driven mindset and sharp communication skills, • 32-hour Work Week!
