Job Overview We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting revenue protection, account retention, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in healthcare operations, claims management, and service oversight, along with the ability to analyze performance trends and drive continuous improvement across teams and client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service, responsiveness, and client satisfaction., • Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows related to service delivery, billing accuracy, and claims resolution, maintaining attention to detail and compliance., • Performance Reviews: Conduct structured business reviews to assess key performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend actionable improvements., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to address escalations, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall service quality., • Insight & Reporting: Provide clients and leadership with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and operational enhancements., • Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate records of client communications, issues, and performance outcomes.
