Your responsibilities will include checking in patients, verifying paperwork, answering questions, offering refreshments, assisting nurses, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are important. Experience with POS or scheduling systems is a plus. Responsibilities * Support the RN while helping create a smooth, positive experience for patients • Help open and close the clinic each day, • Handle front desk tasks like check-ins, scheduling, and payments, • Answer phones, return calls, and assist patients with questions, • Keep the clinic stocked, organized, and running smoothly, • Learn about services so you can confidently speak with patients, • Share and recommend packages and memberships when appropriate, • Provide a welcoming, friendly, and high-quality experience for every patient, • Maintain professionalism and respect patient privacy, • Keep the clinic clean, polished, and inviting, • Assist with training new team members as needed, • Communicate any issues or needs to the team, • Help ensure every patient leaves with a great experience, • Support the team with day-to-day tasks as needed, • Follow company standards and expectationsRequired Skills, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment, • 1+ year in high‑end customer service or boutique hospitality - preferred, • Schedule flexibility between 8:00am – 8:00pm, • Availability to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week, • Commitment to work at all listed locationsThis job description indicates in general terms, the type and level of work performed as well as the typical responsibilities of employees in this classification.
