Job Description Gain customer service & fashion buying experience in a fun, fast-paced consignment boutique. Locally-owned and women-owned for over 30years! Fashion, trends & brand knowledge are necessary. Resale experience is a plus but not necessary. Sales Associate / Buyers are responsible for standard retail responsibilities (customer service, ringing up, putting clothes away, in-store merchandising) in addition to consignment buying for our curated contemporary boutique. We also sell on-line so e-commerce is a plus. Interested in marketing? Help with monthly emails and social media posts is a plus! Please note that this job requires standing for long periods of time. You will be required to work one weekend shift per week. Birthdays and Anniversary are paid time off, once grace period is met. Flexible schedule is available. Job position could lead to a supervisor position. Summary As a Sales Associate/Fashion Buyer, you will help drive fashion retail success by delivering outstanding customer service, executing effective merchandising, and supporting buying decisions. You will engage customers; manage inventory & transactions; and collaborate with the team to optimize product assortment and in-store presentation. With strong communication, math, and retail skills, you will contribute to sales goals while leveraging online and offline channels to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong retail sales and customer service experience, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Basic math, cash handling, and retail transactions proficiency; accurate POS usage preferred Stocking, merchandising, and storefront presentation skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with fashion retail concepts; online/e-commerce experience a plus Bilingual abilities and supervising experience are a plus; able to collaborate with team and assist training Job Type: Part-time Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person

Job DescriptionJoin our network of independent alteration professionals specializing in formalwear and tailoring. What You'll Do • Alter suits, tuxedos, dress pants, and formal jackets (hemming, tapering, shoulders, waist, sleeves) • Work with women's formalwear including gowns, cocktail dresses, and bridesmaid dresses • Conduct fittings, take precise measurements, and communicate timelines clearly • Deliver high-quality finishing and maintain an organized workspace suitable for fittings We also receive requests for wedding dresses, prom dresses, evening gowns, and other special event garments.
