About Role: We are seeking a Senior Lead, Product Marketing (PMM) to define and scale the go-to-market strategy for Milestone’s AI-first product portfolio—spanning AI Agents, Content Studio, and our CMS/DXP. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and is accountable for creating differentiated positioning, executing launches, enabling revenue teams, and improving discoverability across both traditional search and AI/LLM-driven discovery. You will be a strategic partner to Product and executive leadership, but also a hands-on builder—developing messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, customer proof, and a repeatable content engine that translates product innovation into measurable pipeline, win-rate, adoption, and expansion outcomes. Problems We Are Looking to Solve: Category-Defining AI-First Narrative: Milestone has strong product innovation across CMS, AI Agents, and Content Studio. We need a unified, differentiated story that clearly communicates outcomes for enterprise buyers and positions Milestone as a credible category leader in AI-first digital experience. Revenue Outcomes Through Best-in-Class GTM: Product marketing must directly improve pipeline, win rates, and expansion by owning cross-functional GTM strategy, launch execution, and field readiness—ensuring Sales and CS can confidently sell and deliver the value story. A Scalable PMM Operating System + Content Lifecycle: We need repeatable frameworks and an efficient content lifecycle that reliably converts product insights into demand and authority: Article → Webinar → eBook → Influencer/Analyst outreach—supported by automation to increase throughput and impact. Discoverability Across Google + AI/LLM Discovery (SEO + GEO): We need a PMM leader who can partner with Growth/Web to improve SEO and GEO performance and ensure our narrative is optimized for both search engines and AI assistants. Institutionalized Voice of Customer & Competitive Intelligence: We need a consistent system for CABs, customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive tracking—feeding real insights into product strategy and providing field-ready battlecards and proof points. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy, Thought Leadership & Discoverability • Own a 6-month rolling product marketing calendar aligned with corporate marketing and leadership priorities and KPIs (lead gen + thought leadership)., • Operationalize the full content lifecycle: Article → Webinar → eBook → Influencer/Analyst outreach; maximize reuse and ROI across channels., • Partner with Growth/Web to improve SEO + GEO + AI discoverability for priority themes; define and track ranking, traffic quality, and pipeline influence. Positioning, Messaging & Narrative Ownership: • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the AI-first portfolio; define persona-based narratives and use-case stories., • Create and maintain a complete messaging architecture (messaging house, pitch, proof points, FAQs, objection handling, and differentiation)., • Translate complex, technical capabilities into clear buyer outcomes (time-to-market, conversion lift, cost-to-serve reduction, compliance, and performance). Go-to-Market Strategy, Launch Planning & Execution: • Lead end-to-end launch strategy for major releases and new capabilities: segmentation, packaging inputs, channel plan, content plan, and success metrics., • Build launch playbooks and operating rhythm: kickoff → reviews → readiness → launch → post-launch results and iteration., • Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap and prioritization using market signals, customer insights, and competitive data. Sales, CS & Partner Enablement (Field-Ready, Zero-Edit Assets): • Deliver field-ready enablement that requires zero edits: pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, talk tracks, battlecards, pricing/packaging guides, and training., • Own and improve the sales narrative and enablement repository; drive adoption through enablement sessions and feedback loops., • Ensure robust demo environments exist for priority products and personas, including curated storylines and proof points. Voice of Customer, Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: • Institutionalize VoC: CABs, customer interviews, surveys, and structured feedback loops; synthesize insights into GTM and product strategy., • Build a continuous competitive intelligence system: competitor tracking, battlecards, differentiation, and win/loss insights to improve sales effectiveness., • Conduct market analysis and stay ahead of trends in AI search, CMS/DXP, and hospitality digital experience; translate insights into actionable recommendations. Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Strategy: • Partner with Product, Sales, Sales Ops and Finance to inform pricing/packaging through market research, willingness-to-pay analysis, and competitive benchmarking., • Help define packaging and bundles aligned to buyer outcomes and GTM motions. Measurement, Analytics & PMM Operating System: • Define and track GTM metrics: pipeline influenced, win-rate lift, adoption/activation, retention/expansion, and content/SEO impact., • Run post-launch reviews and iterate based on performance and field feedback., • Build scalable PMM frameworks, templates, and automation to improve speed, consistency, and impact. Ideal Candidate Profile: You are a senior product marketer who blends strategic storytelling with execution discipline. You can build crisp narratives, lead cross-functional launches, enable revenue teams, and measure impact through pipeline, win rate, and product adoption. You thrive in ambiguity, create structure, and build repeatable systems for competitive intelligence, customer insights, and content production. You’re comfortable in AI-first environments and can translate technical complexity into buyer-relevant outcomes. Required Experience & Qualifications: • 8–12+ years of Product Marketing (or Solution Marketing) experience in B2B SaaS; experience owning messaging and GTM for a major product/portfolio., • Domain expertise in one or more: Martech, CMS/DXP, Hospitality Tech, AI-first SaaS., • Proven success leading launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, GTM plans, readiness, and post-launch iteration., • Strong Sales/CS enablement experience: talk tracks, decks, battlecards, objection handling, demos, and training., • Experience building VoC and win/loss programs; ability to translate insights into product and GTM action., • Demonstrated ability to improve content performance and search discoverability; experience with SEO is required and GEO/AI discoverability is a strong plus., • Excellent executive communication: strong writing, presentations, and stakeholder influence.
