Benefits Include: Full-Time, Year Round Work Schedule • 8 to 5 Monday - Friday Work Week W/ Minimal Weekends, • Flexibility To Plan Around Family Commitments, • Greets customers warmly over the phone., • Maintains polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Ascertains problem or reason for calling. Acts as the company gatekeeper, ensuring that calls are directed to the appropriate person or department., • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media., • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs., • Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information. Cancels or upgrades accounts, as necessary., • Assists with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Takes payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers for scheduling and return contact., • Informs customer of special deals and promotions. Sells products and services. Makes follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction, as needed., • Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts and files documents., • Understands the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians so as to dispatch field technicians in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the technician., • Provides all necessary information to field technicians., • Debriefs each call before dispatching the technician., • Organizes On-Call schedule for technicians., • Inputs leads into the computer system and relays information to system specialist as needed., • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: • No experience needed!, • Advance communication and customer service skills, • Clean background, ability to pass a drug test, • GED or High School Diploma, • Some experience in a general office environment, • Ability to sit for long prolonged periods of time, • Bi-lingual a plus but not required, • Answer phone call on weekends as needed
