About the Role As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our donors, supporters, and partners—ensuring every interaction reflects our organization’s core values of integrity, empathy, and service excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver exceptional service, support community initiatives, and strengthen donor relationships. This role combines customer service, nonprofit communications, data management, and community engagement in a dynamic, mission-focused setting.
