Job Description Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems Analysis, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) provides systems analysis support for technology-enabled solutions serving internal business units. You will work with business leaders and users, subject matter experts, project managers and IT professionals. The BSA will elicit requirements and provide clear, concise documentation, analyze systems, analyze data, troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis, and contribute to systems-related business process design and improvement. Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, you are required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month. This is a hybrid position, based in our Downtown San Francisco office.
