Compensation & Benefits Analyst MSA is seeking to add a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to our HR Team. This role plays a critical, behind-the-scenes role in shaping MSA's Total Rewards strategy. This position is primarily focused on compensation administration, analysis, and reporting, serving as a key analytical partner to HR leadership. Who are we looking for? That means when you join our team, you're not just doing a job — you're building your legacy and sharing in the success of the firm., • A Culture of Mentorship and Collaboration: Work alongside a talented, cross-disciplinary team that values mentorship, professional development, and team success., • A flex time program that empowers you to manage your schedule — because life doesn't always fit inside 9 to 5 What you will do: Compensation • Administer and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, and pay ranges aligned with Total Rewards strategy., • Lead data preparation, validation, and analysis for the annual compensation cycle (merit, market adjustments)., • Conduct internal equity and market analyses to support consistent, competitive pay decisions., • Provide analytical support and recommendations for off-cycle compensation requests and pay decisions., • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate compensation changes and program impacts., • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders by delivering compensation insights and structured recommendations., • Administer incentive programs, including bonus calculations, audits, and reporting outputs., • Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and plan performance to support design recommendations., • Conduct financial and impact analysis for new or revised benefit offerings., • Support benefits administration processes, including open enrollment system setup and testing., • Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve complex issues and evaluate performance., • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA)., • Partner with HRIS to maintain data accuracy and optimize compensation and benefits system functionality. What you bring: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience supporting compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or Total Rewards programs. * Strong knowledge of compensation practices, including market pricing, salary structure design, and pay equity analysis. * Experience analyzing and administering benefits programs, with exposure to self-funded plans and ESOP environments preferred. * Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret trends and build data-driven recommendations. * Experience working within HRIS systems and collaborating across teams to enhance Total Rewards processes. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * CCP or CBP certification is a plus. • Better Together: A collaborative environment that values open ideas, diversity, and authenticity.
