Job DescriptionJob Posting: Pricing Transparency Analyst Pay Rate: $32.93/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location (Onsite): Brentwood, TN Position Overview A detail-oriented and motivated Pricing Transparency Analyst is needed to support pricing transparency compliance, contract administration, and data reporting. This role focuses on analyzing, standardizing, and maintaining pricing and contracting data, conducting quality assurance checks, and supporting internal users of a contract management system. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, an understanding of contracting or managed care, and a proactive, self-driven attitude. Must-Have Traits & Skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data review, data manipulation) * Knowledge of contracting, managed care, and/or billing and coding * Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiative * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills for working with internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities * Prepare and produce data required for federal and state pricing transparency regulations. * Standardize negotiated rate and fee schedule data into defined formats. * Perform QA testing on standardized rate sheets and fee schedules. * Load and maintain standardized data in the contract management system. * Build and QA pricing transparency reports. * Create ad hoc reports using pricing data, contract details, and other information sources. * Maintain the contract administration and management system. * Support contract negotiation workflows by ensuring accurate tracking and notifications. * Analyze and input key contract terms into the system. * Ensure adherence to departmental and organizational policies. * Organize and upload documents such as contracts, amendments, rate sheets, manuals, and more. * Suggest, support, and QA-test system improvements with technical partners. * Train user groups on processes, systems, and applications (both live and remote sessions). * Provide updates to user groups impacted by process or system changes. * Build strong internal working relationships with an emphasis on timeliness and accuracy. * Participate in team training and professional development. * Produce accurate, high-quality results and contribute to continuous improvement.
