As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our direct mail marketing efforts by preparing and processing data required for campaign management. You will apply your expertise in database development and SQL-driven data manipulation to prepare prospect files, design test cells, apply suppressions, and produce accurate final mail files that match the strategic intent of each campaign. Leveraging tools such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Looker, and Asana, you will ensure data accuracy, match campaign specifications, and deliver results to ensure flawless Direct Mail operations. By owning and standardizing source-of-truth data files and maintaining a strong focus on quality, you will streamline and enhance our data-driven processes and help reduce operational risk. This role is critical to achieving key business objectives, including customer growth, revenue expansion, and improved campaign efficiency. Located at our office in Naperville, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions, • Implement process improvements, manage data quality, and ensure business information systems meet organizational needs., • Collaborate and manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, peers, and project teams., • Assist in defining and executing acceptance tests for new business processes and IT systems to ensure their effectiveness, • Apply advanced technical skills in database languages (SQL), logic programming (Snowflake), analysis tools (Looker), and spreadsheet software (Excel) to manage and analyze data., • Owns source of truth documents that are critical to Direct Mail campaign quality; OMIT file, Campaign Suppressions, Partner Ranking, etc., • Monitor and resolve data quality issues (e. g. potential duplicates, conflicting or missing data, merging records). Perform and/or oversee regular audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy to ensure error free marketing; Partner File, BRR, Waterfall, Matrix, Config, Campaign Code, Mail File QC Scorecards, • Develops, QC’s and posts data files to Production vendor; mail file, last minute suppressions, returned mail file, remail, etc., • Supports Data Science and Senior Marketing Data Analysts with Direct Mail Acquisition files, audits, processes, • Develop and maintain clear documentation pertaining to data management, including data sources, data architecture, data flows, and schedules., • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, bringing innovative ideas to the team. Experience and Qualifications of the Role • 5+ years of experience in database development/analytics, with a strong understanding of database management principles., • Advanced technical skills in database languages (SQL), logic programming (Snowflake), analysis tools (Looker), and spreadsheet software (Excel) to manage and analyze data., • Experience in Quality Management thru auditing, root cause analysis, corrective action/preventative action., • Experience in change management processes; proven track record in risk mitigation through process optimization, change control to source of truth documentation, • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a direct mail or similar environment., • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets., • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment., • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. The base pay range for this position is $88,485 - $135,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
