Join our dedicated team and experience the vibrant culture and coastal charm of Charleston while delivering exceptional patient care.\n \n\nOperating Room RN Job Details\n\n • Location: Charleston, SC (29425) – South Carolina nursing jobs\n, • Facility: Main Operating Room, Level I Trauma Center, Magnet Hospital, Teaching Facility\n, • Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (OR RN)\n, • Contract Length: 13 weeks\n, • Start Date: November 3, 2025\n, • End Date: February 2, 2026\n, • Hours per Week: 36 (Full-time)\n, • Shift: Day shifts, 3x12-hour (06:30am - 7:00pm); Saturday, Sunday + 1 weekday\n, • On-call: Not required\n, • Weekend Requirement: Up to one weekend shift per month\n, • Holiday Requirement: At least one holiday period (Christmas or New Year's)\n, • Floating: May be required within scope and between similar units\n, • Estimated Weekly Salary: $1530 - $1640\n\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n, • Active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact Registered Nurse license (must be active prior to start)\n, • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (2 years preferred)\n, • BLS certification required\n, • Radiation badge (provided by agency)\n, • Experience in Level I Trauma Center preferred\n, • Scrub nurse experience strongly preferred\n, • EPIC charting experience a plus\n, • Ability to provide clinical support for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients\n\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n\n, • Circulate and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures: trauma, transplant, orthopedic, neurosurgery, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotic surgeries\n, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n, • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the EPIC electronic health record system\n, • Float to similar surgical units as needed to support hospital operations\n, • Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season if required\n GHR Healthcare - Travel Division Job ID #419692.
