Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay Range: $28–$32/hr About the Role Step into a hands‑on, high‑impact Maintenance Technician role where your technical expertise keeps a busy production environment running at its best. You’ll take ownership of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a wide range of machinery, facility systems, and mechanical components. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who thrives on variety, problem‑solving, and working with advanced electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC‑driven systems. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose equipment issues and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics., • Order replacement parts and maintain accurate documentation., • Install, test, repair, and modify electrical and mechanical components., • Support facility maintenance needs across the plant., • Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Essential Skills, • Strong experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance., • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC‑controlled production equipment., • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals., • Experience performing preventative maintenance on a wide range of industrial machinery.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Hands‑on experience repairing tools, motors, band saws, iron workers, burn tables, welding machines, plasma torches, overhead cranes, and forklifts., • Comfortable working with 3‑phase electrical systems and equipment up to 480V., • Basic tack‑welding ability (Stick or MIG) for minor repairs., • Strong understanding of LOTO procedures, PPE requirements, and industrial safety standards., • Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, • Overtime: Available most Fridays (90%) and occasional Saturdays, • Exposure to varying temperatures, loud manufacturing environments, and active machinery, • Must follow all site safety requirements, including safety glasses, boots, hearing protection, and strict adherence to LOTO procedures Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
