Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and APIs, • Lead technical design discussions and perform code reviews, • Mentor junior developers and guide development standards, • Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Platform Events, • Design and implement Salesforce data models, object relationships (lookup, master-detail, junction objects), • Configure and maintain security models (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security), • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and source-driven development using Salesforce DX and Git, • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production and non-production environments, • Refactor code to improve scalability, performance, and reduce technical debt, • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and story estimation, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, analysts, and stakeholders, • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, APIs, and JavaScript, • Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions in production environments, • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, TFS), • Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, normalization, and ER diagrams, • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor developers, • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), • Salesforce Platform Developer II (required), • Salesforce Platform Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, • Integration Technologies: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Platform Events, • DevOps & Tools: Salesforce DX, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, • Architecture & Design: MVC, Service Layer, Domain Model, n-tier architecture, • Data & Querying: SOQL, SOSL, relational databases, normalization, ER diagrams, • Security & Access Control: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, record-level security, • Performance Optimization: Salesforce governor limits, scalable design patterns, • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions, • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment, • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers, • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance, • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, • A continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying current on Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
