The Role This is a high-impact, client-facing position focused on helping SMB customers successfully launch and grow on the platform. You will own the onboarding experience end-to-end, coordinate service delivery across internal teams and external partners, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. You'll work directly with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders across the globe. The goal? Become their most trusted partner.
