We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, hardworking individual to fill the Facilities Maintenance role for our Golden Colorado Facility. As a Facilities Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for: • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the shop; sweep shop floors daily, scrub shop floors as required, replace lights, and perform other maintenance as requested., • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the yard; pick up trash daily, keep old pallets cut up and properly disposed of, etc., • Perform maintenance to the office facility; change light bulbs, and other duties as assigned by management., • Organize customer inventory and new inventory as directed by others., • Clean service vehicles on a weekly basis., • Deliver equipment for service jobs as requested., • Assist in the loading and unloading of pumps and equipment for clients, salespeople, and service personnel., • Assist in cutting steel for various base plate fabrications., • Maintaining a neat and orderly steel rack so that the inventory can be easily counted. A qualified candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: • High School diploma or GED required., • Previous experience in facility maintenance or general labor is preferred., • Forklift certification required (or within 90 days of hire, training provided)., • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; Class E license required (or within 90 days of hire)., • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds., • Organization and maintenance skills.
