The Clinical Specialist is responsible for positively impacting regulatory standards and clinical outcomes of clinics in an assigned geographic region. The incumbent in this role will be expected to travel throughout LA County; 75% travel is expected, with (4) days in the field and (1) remote day. The CS is also responsible for the training of new employees and current clinical staff. The CS will also be responsible for conducting in-services and review classes, ensuring that the clinics have properly trained staff that meet regulatory standards and provide quality patient care. As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients.
