Job Description Gojob is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a multinational company located in Red Oak, TX. This role requires you to speak English. You will be responsible for conducting electrical installations as part of the assembly process, performing integration solutions work within the facility, and assisting in the start-up and commissioning of modular data centers. Shift & Pay: • Monday - Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, • Pay: $27 per hour (work 36 / paid 40), • Installs, repairs, and maintains the electrical parts of industrial equipment., • Works individually or as part of a team to successfully complete projects., • Follows safety procedures and adheres to electrical codes., • Correctly interprets technical documents for proper execution of assignments., • Conducts quality assurance measures and inspections., • Ensure that all administrative processes, including torque sheets, 5S (Five S), and tool inventory/tracking., • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), • Associate degree/trade school certification in a related field, • Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program, or journeyman experience, • Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and regulations, • Industrial electrical experience strongly preferred; commercial electrical experience accepted – residential electrical experience does not apply to setting, • Ability to bend conduit and installation of large cables, • Lift up to 50lbs and ability to work on ladders., • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods of time. Your primary goal is to generate qualified home health referrals and onboard new clients into our services. Ideal Candidate Profile * Proven track record in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or business development within home health, hospice, senior care, or rehab. * Existing referral source relationships strongly preferred. * Strong knowledge of the post-acute care continuum and local healthcare providers. * Goal-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented. * Ability to work independently, manage territory, and close referrals. * Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
