POSITION PURPOSE Adobe Provider Group (APG), a division of Adobe Population Health, delivers primary care services across multiple counties in Arizona with a focus on in-home and in-clinic wellness assessments, preventative care, and screenings. The Program Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. This position provides direct supervision and operational support to front-line field staff, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Medical Assistants, while also coordinating with internal teams to ensure equipment readiness, EMR accuracy, supply management, and continuity of care. The Program Supervisor also collaborates with the Nurse Practitioner management team on quality assurance measures, documentation audits, and the implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and safety. This hybrid position balances operational leadership, quality oversight, and administrative support, making it a cornerstone role in APG’s mission to improve population health outcomes. This position reports daily to our central Phoenix headquarters conveniently located off the 51 (16th Street and Glendale Avenue). This position may require travel to most counties in Arizona, resulting in overnight and multiple night visits. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory & Compliance Oversight • Ensure state licensure with the Arizona Department of Health is current and accurate., • Coordinate and monitor compliance with state regulations regarding patient access, quality, and infection control., • Conduct annual state audits and prepare corrective action plans as necessary., • Lead quarterly quality and infection control meetings and maintain QAPI measures to ensure compliance., • Provide day-to-day workflow oversight for field teams across assigned regions., • Act as the first point of contact for staff questions, scheduling issues, and escalations., • Coordinate staffing coverage, route assignments, and workload balancing for efficiency., • Conduct regular huddles, check-ins, and ride-alongs with field staff to reinforce priorities and support performance., • Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and ensure compliance with organizational standards., • Oversee timecard review/approval, supply inventory, medical equipment setup, and vehicle supply logs., • Collaborate with NP leadership to conduct audits of NP documentation to ensure regulatory and CMS compliance., • Support implementation of evidence-based practices and clinical protocols to improve patient safety and care quality., • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, IT, Scheduling, Member Engagement) to align operational and clinical workflows., • Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and support billing services., • Maintain EMR readiness and serve as liaison with the Salesforce/IT team to ensure care continuity., • Prepare statistical and utilization reports on activity, capacity, and program access., • Manage employee health tracking systems and assist with infection control measures., • Support communication functions: draft memos, prepare reports, capture meeting minutes, and manage follow-up timelines., • Coordinate meetings (both internal and external), trainings, and events to support team and program development., • Manage incoming calls and faxes, prioritize and route appropriately., • Serve as a culture ambassador, fostering a patient- and provider-centric environment., • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all service lines., • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety protocols., • Adapt to evolving business needs and lead staff through organizational change. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Five (5) years of healthcare setting experience., • Three (3) years of medical assistant experience., • One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred., • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required., • Understanding of HEDIS, Stars, or other quality program requirements is a plus., • Strong understanding of EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools (Salesforce experience preferred)., • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across teams, patients, and leadership., • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and Arizona Department of Health regulations., • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve problems efficiently., • Experience with quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory audits strongly preferred., • Proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting field staff., • Ability to travel frequently within Arizona, including overnight stays. EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS • High School Diploma required, • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is strongly preferred., • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required., • Current and Unrestricted driver's license required. SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $50,000 to $65,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
