Job Description Drive dedicated dry freight routes across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for consistent regional freight, predictable schedules, and home time once per week. This lane is a great fit for drivers who enjoy staying active and maintaining physical fitness on the job. What You’ll Do: • Full hand unload using rollers ( 5.000 boxes per trailer, 1-35 lbs), • Operate dedicated dry freight routes servicing Dollar Tree locations, • Follow a predictable schedule with home once per week, • Complete routes with 34-hour restarts in compliance with DOT regulations, • Handle freight safely and efficiently on first-seat assignments Pay & Benefits: • Weekly pay: $1,650–$1,900, • Mileage pay : $1.10 ( all miles paid ), • Unload pay : $270/trailer, • Stop pay : $17 per stop, • Weekly miles : 1.000, • Weekly trailers : 2-3 Benefits ( after 30 days) • Medical, dental, vision, and, • prescription coverage, • 401(k), life and disability insurance, • Accident & critical illness coverage, • Employee assistance program Requirements: • Valid CDL-A license, • 6+ months recent tractor-trailer experience, • Must be 21 years or older, • Acceptable MVR and safety record, • Ability to pass DOT physical & drug test, • Stable employment history preferred Why Drivers Choose This Lane: • Stable dedicated routes with consistent miles, • Home once per week for work-life balance, • Supportive team environment and professional support Apply Today and join a dedicated team!
