Job Description The Chautauquan Daily, or the Daily, is the official newspaper of Chautauqua Institution. It is a community newspaper distributed six days a week to subscribers by carrier and via USPS during the nine-week summer assembly season. The Daily is a 10-to-32-page broadsheet newspaper that is written, designed, and edited at Chautauqua Institution and sent to an off-site printer. The newsroom staff is multigenerational, including talented interns from universities, professional journalists, and the community members. About Your Compensation Compensation for this position starts at $16.00/Hour and, with demonstrated experience and qualifications, candidates may earn up to $17.00/Hour. About Your Work Day • Serves as the primary contact for the Chautauqua community and staff members who contact or visit the Editorial Office., • Manages the Editorial Office front desk during business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., • Coordinate and maintain accurate records and copy on Institution and Institution-affiliated programs for publication in the Daily, particularly the daily program page and Briefly column and weekly program guide., • Supports the editor, managing editor, and editorial staff as needed., • Coordinate special events and recognition of The Daily staff members to ensure and maintain a positive newsroom atmosphere. Chautauqua Institution’s Referral Bonus Program is a talent solution to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse workforce that encompasses all the skills and experience necessary to deliver on our goals and objectives. Chautauqua Institution will provide a $500 referral bonus (less taxes) for active employees referring a new candidate who is hired and remains employed for at least 90-days from the first physical date of work. The closing date of the season is the last Sunday in August. About Your Schedule Chautauqua Institution and Chautauqua Hotel Company offer flexible schedules, full and part-time, for seasonal employment during summer operations starting annually each June and concluding in August. Seasonal employment may be available earlier (pre-season) and beyond season (post-season) based on business needs and candidate availability. Schedules typically include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as a requirement. While you will confirm your final schedule with management at the time of an interview and offer of employment, you should generally anticipate the following schedule options for this position: Will be scheduled to work an average of 40-hours/week, primarily on-site during The Daily's office hours, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekdays. About Living on the Grounds No employer-provided housing is available for this position. Applicants should plan to secure independent housing or reside within a commutable distance. With over 300 million downloads and processing 5+ billion images annually, we serve both individual creators and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our B2C app and B2B API solutions. Role Summary We're looking for an Account Based Marketing & Events lead to join our Enterprise marketing team and lead our account-based marketing and events marketing pillar. The objective is to triple our pipeline from these related channels as we target tripling for a 2nd year in a row our Enterprise revenues, building on success from signing clients including Wolt and Poshmark and are accelerating our marketing investment. You'll drive our account-based marketing and events collaborating closely with our leadership, sales, and other growth and marketing teams. Compensation: 146k to 171k depending on seniority + Stock-Options/BSPCE Location: Our office is in NYC, we’re remote-friendly, but we expect, on average, at least 2 days in the office per week. About the Role * Develop and execute a strategy for account based marketing. * Develop appropriate target lists for each level of priority working with Revenue Operations and sales * Execute strategy, owning delivery and results for referrals and events and working with expert team members for advertising and other levers to support objectives * Determine optimal event strategy for upper funnel and lower funnel for 3rd party and owned events working closely with the sales and brand teams. * Lead execution of events globally (with support from other team members and agencies as appropriate) including putting in place best practices for operations pre and post event to maximize impact on brand and pipeline generation. * Create an annual global flagship event to build Photoroom’s brand, customer relationships and pipeline building upon our customer advisory board event in 2025. * Develop KPIs to support pipeline objectives for events and account based marketing. About You * Strategic ABM Planning & Execution – proven experience designing multi-tiered ABM programs, define account segments and priority tiers, and orchestrate personalized campaigns across channels with measurable pipeline impact above 1.5x growth. * Event Strategy & Global Event Management – strong track record in building event programs across the funnel (3rd-party, owned, micro ABM and flagship events), managing logistics end-to-end, and driving repeatable operational processes that scale. * Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment – Proven success collaborating with sales, revenue operations, leadership, and brand/creative teams to align on account goals, messaging, and pipeline targets. * Data-Driven Marketing & KPI Ownership – you have put in place targets and KPIs including event and ABM performance, optimizing channels, and tying your marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes. * Enterprise Customer & Partner Engagement – Demonstrated experience building meaningful connections with high-value enterprise accounts, facilitating relationship-building opportunities, and representing the brand at global events and customer touchpoints.
