Position SUMMARY :The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing individualized support and training to adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. DSPs promote independence, inclusion, safety, and quality of life in accordance with Title 17 regulations, agency policies, and person-centered principles outlined in each participant’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Individual Service Plan (ISP). This includes managing entry into the Center, welcomes all guests, oversees guest registration, sign-in, and intake, directing guests to the appropriate resource in a timely manner, responding to incoming inquiries (e.g. main line, in-person, email, etc.), deescalating conflict, liaising with emergency services, and supporting other administrative duties that support efficient and safe operations at the Center. Position Summary Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and general repair work throughout the building, as well as with mechanical equipment and utility systems.
